Several years ago we were at a ball park in northern IN. Some parent in our group went to the concassion stand and asked the young girl for a Big Red. She had no idea what a Big Red was and had to ask the parent. The parent came back shaking her head telling us they had no idea what Big Red was. We all weren't aware it was only sold in certain parts of the US.
