Can someone provide insight into why DJT needs to continue being seen as a target of criminal investigation? Distraction?
Obviously, he remains _a_ target. The distinction appears to be _criminal target_. Specifics welcomed.

I think he is still lining up ducks somehow, and him being vulnerable under investigation allows the black hats to think that something is going to end up vanquishing Trump, while in truth he is there rounding up and herding the quack-quacks to right where he wants them.
That is certainly my hope.
