I guess I have so much trust that Trump knows what he is doing, is a great judge of character, not biased by blind loyalty or prejudice, truly has not just our country’s, but the world’s best interest at heart, and is extremely courageous, and came into the WH with a detailed plan, great intel and good people to help him - and last but not least, God’s help - that unless and until he fires Sessions (which he could any day if he wanted to), I will trust Sessions.
Plus I have heard very good things about and from Sessions. He’s a poker player and has always been of sterling character and never afraid to stand up for what is right, while in the Senate. I have no reason to distrust him. And all the reasons why he is silent on details of any investigations are very sound.
You could be correct about the recused AG. I fault him on nothing, but the recusal, and not telling Trump. I was the senator’s biggest fan, made a fool of myself defending him, remembering how he worked in the Senate.
It is more than reasonable for us to attribute that senate work style to his work as AG. It’s only that he has no tools to be doing anything for Trump, because the tools he has are in the chain of command below him, (the Swamp), and they are apparently invested in only their one sided investigation and none other (except for Arkansas).
Pray for Arkansas.
Well said. And your words express my thoughts and feelings very closely.
