The power in Washington - swamp, sewer, whatever - is going to fight back with all it’s strength. There is almost NO ONE in the legislative branch, judicial branch or the executive departments who is not a card-carrying member of the swamp/sewer.
Revolutions rarely occur from the inside. And what has become of what once was the United States of America is sorely in need of the flushing that naturally comes from revolution. What D.C. is doing now is casting off what that body identifies as a threat...a hostile invader that could sicken it, even destroy it.
Trump is alone. No one who exists within that body (the swamp/sewer) is against what made them rich and powerful. He has NO allies there. And usually only martyrs stand alone.
I freely say that I see no Trump allies in the Swamp— DC/NYC that will be lending out anything in Trump’s favor. I said that earlier.
Embeds still run every joint in town. Justice thumbs its nose at Congress, and all oversight. Got to drag this out and give up nothing that helps Trump battle against the boots on the ground in DC/NYC.
Do expect the Swamp to start bringing in foreign allies against Trump, next.

I think not. For a start, his side includes the U.S. Military (see today's photo with the generals) and every good citizen who owns a gun.
