I was thinking Pompeo too. However, I did do some thinking and decided to check Military Bases. Ft. Leavenworth Army Base is described as the Intellectual Center of the Army. So I’ll throw that into the hat as a possibility and continue to think about other things it could be.
That is possible too, I am pretty sure that Q is covering more than one entity with it.
