Can anyone help with a suggestion, please? I’ve tried to download the Dragnet theme as a ring tone. I tried to get Siri to download the Hallelujah Chorus ring tone. I downloaded 2 ringtone aps—were too complicated and I don’t want a subscription etc. etc. etc. Don’t think it should be this complicated.

I purchased my ringtones from the iTunes Store. Search for the one you want. There will be a selection of individual songs by diffferent artists, albums, and ringtones for that particular song. The ringtones are usually only 99 cents. After you purchase it, it will show up in Settings under Sounds. Then you select the one(s) you want for phone ring, alert tone, etc. In order to assign a particular ringtone to a particular person, you will have to go to that person in your Contacts, then select the ringtone you want for that person.

I always purchase an iTunes gift card for myself so that the iTunes Store doesn’t have my personal credit card info.
