I usually have 2 cups of coffee in the morning. About 3 times a week, in cold weather, I drink 1-2 cups of tea in the afternoon. Pretty sure I don’t have a caffeine problem, as on the rare occasions that I must skip my coffee I am not really bothered. I know that some people get headaches if they miss the coffee.
