Concur. Only flaw I can see with theory is the notes as described by @saywhatagain’s source were last printed in 1963, so new ones would stand out like a sore thumb.
Of course one will roll their eyes the first few times they look at this mess from that prism. However, the more I understood and looked under that prism, things really began to make much more sense. I would encourage everyone here to at least be familiar with "Project Paperclip."
