Somehow or other Amb. Stevens became a liability to Nonamestain, Hitlery and 0b0la. Maybe Stevens decided it wasn’t such a good idea to arm ISIS and AQ.

I have always had several theories about what happened. These are not all mutually exclusive. I just don’t know which combo is the truth.
1. Stevens was deliberately killed.
2. It was an accident that he was killed. The mob got more out of control than was expected. But Hitlery/0vomit made it work to their advantage.
3. Stevens was in on the operation.
4. Stevens was in on only parts of the operation and was not aware of other parts.
5. The purpose was to smuggle guns to terrorists (assorted groups to choose from).
6. The purpose was to make money selling arms.
7. The purpose was to steal the gold that Qaddaffi had been stockpiling. (recent theory)
8. The purpose was to kill Stevens so that they wouldn’t have to give him a cut of the proceeds.
9. The purpose was to kill Stevens to shut him up.
