That may be a non-sequitur.
It does not automatically follow that the existence of the chip or whatever tech, affording remote control, means that The President and military don't care about the American fighting man--currently.
If you are speaking of the oligarchy that has constructed so many things, designed in so much tyranny etc. etc. etc. then you are right, they do NOT care for Americans at all--calling us "useless eaters."
They only plan to deliberately destroy 6.5 billion souls leaving only 500 million alive on the planet.
They do not think that mankind, individuals are more significant than a rat, a pigeon, a radish or a rock. The elites think of us only as tools or things to destroy for being in their way.
Defense Secretary Robert McNamara was whining, complaining at the end of the Viet Nam war that they were sad that they had managed to kill only 50,000 American military personnel. Does that sound like they care about American military personnel? Not at all!
Those who designed in the chip or module to control transportation devices including cars and planes did so for !CONTROL! not because they cared that much for individuals.
Oh, they probably sold it to prevent another 9/11. But their major goal was to !CONTROL! everyone else insuring the survival of the elite and that only their wishes were granted fruition.
So, now, POTUS TRUMP has changed the equation. He/They CARE about individuals, integrity, life, The Republic, the Constitution etc.
So, conjecturing ... presumably, the modules controlling planes or potentially remotely controlling planes etc. who has the !CONTROL! seat?
Is it the "Deep State" still?
Does the Deep State control some and POTUS TRUMP et al have gained control over some or most?
It does not appear that POTUS TRUMP has 100% control over all the !CONTROL! seats, yet. Otherwise, planes would not still be falling out of the sky--seems to be a logical conclusion.

Yet our awareness of such a ‘chip’ would mean also that military intel would know. Further that the use of such a chip would mean an assessed ‘capability’ of the enemy. This is very important. Once some enemy offensive activity is assessed as a capability, it needs to be addressed in offensive planning by the good guys. Consider also that such ‘capability’ owned by the DS is also owned by the good guys. Allowing no countermeasures or suppression against that capability is negligence. Offensive actions are the purview of the Operational element (3 shop), not the (2 shop) intel.
