Wardaddy - you probably missed the sarcastic tone of m's postWay back in the Old South there was so much prejudice against Jews that the Confederate Secretary of State was Jewish

The "old south" was "so prejudiced against Jews" that they elected a Jew to be Secretary of State :)

Two of his descendants have posted here over the past 18 years

Irony of ironies....some of his huge Bradford clan in Colombia are now of all things...Jewish....and several are doctors
