Earlier back and forth suggested that Q was using more than one device to post from. Maybe "Device hold" is a message that one of them is no longer trusted. Pure speculation on my part.
I think some of Q post is just to gin up speculation, when even know what was meant has no ramification in the larger picture.
Maybe the entire thrust is to impart that the US is engaged in an active cyberwar - not playing mostly defense.

I like this theory. Perhaps that comm bunker under the East wing that we've heard so much about. White House as "castle" makes a lot of sense.
I tend to agree that this may be cyber related activity. Someone would probably notice if bombs started to fall.
I’m here on a Quick hit and run timetable. But, Regarding Q post 1038 I’ve something more to throw out there:
1) Device hold - don’t drop the payload - ie MOAB or Bunker Buster?
2) Comms transfer castle - This may go back to a large
transfer/sale of the Rothschild property.
Wasn’t it in a forest?
Could there be a large bunker at the sold properties location? (another post #1007 spoke of bunker-forest-blue. Coincidentally it also said April Rain - possible bunker buster bomb run?)
So the latest communications are saying that the Rothschilds are no longer at that location.
3) Chatter - Since that is what we’re being told someone needs to physically check it out.
4) Rig to silent - Have the boots on the ground go take a look but don’t try to communicate until afterwards.
I sure could be all wet here but its what I came up with, probably before I had enough coffee to think straight.

I don’t want to sound like a “concern troll”, so not posting to the board,....
but I am a little “concerned” that we keep seeing Q reassuring us with things like “We are in control.” I think mostly they are but not entirely. If the white hats were 100% in control, we wouldn’t be waiting for the next event. IMO, they are trying to keep the rest of us as safe as possible, but some things get past them like plane crashes, the FL shooter, etc.
I have some serious concerns that there are more dirty tricks up the sleeves of the black hats. For one thing, if Pope Benedict resigned due to threats as many people speculate, he is still resigned and not speaking. If all threats were removed, he would feel free to speak. JMO. I know that the Pope is not in the US, but I believe we are in a global war against evil, so it’s not just the US that Trump is trying to protect; it’s the whole world.
