Is that Epstein’s ‘Pedo Island’? I thought that the ‘guests’ were flown in by jet but I don’t see any landing strip. Am I mixing my Islands up?

They probably fly to a nearby island with an airport and are either taken to the Island via helicopter (see "H" on island, landing pad) or come on a boat.
Hillary can just fly in on her broom.
