Neither of us found “tippy top”.
I did a thorough search of the posts from the time of the “tip top” post up until the time of the SOTU. So, IMHO, if “tippy top” was requested, it was not requested in time for the SOTU. (Maybe I missed it. It’s late & I’m tired. I’d be very happy to be corrected if it’s there!)
My best guess is that it was requested at some later time after the SOTU.

It’s not impossible to eliminate a lot of things from your everyday life but people being people are so used to instant everything. Processed food is probably the worst but it’s easy so people will keep consuming it.
