HOWEVER, that is the “official” Q list. I am quite convinced that there are other significant players. Probably the British royal family for one.
Really, once you get beyond the trillion dollar mark, it probably doesn’t matter much. I think of these top evil players like mafia families. They are all evil and they might cooperate with each other in order to rip off normal people, but there is nothing that stops them from backstabbing each other if they think they can get away with it.
