Well isn't that quaint! And laughable in the absence of actual evidence.
Gee, I wonder what other earthshaking "certainties" we need to be informed of? I suppose we're just supposed to take peoples' words for it? Instead of actual evidence? After all, if 12 people say it's true, then apparently that's the modern standard for concluding that it's a fact...
I’m sensing sarcasm. :)
I suppose you could go do your own research and report back on your findings to either convince us he died a natural death or to at the very least admit he MIGHT have been murdered.
Chronically addicted to their compulsive latching on to their virtual certainty of being bit hard in the butt by a raft of false negative errors.
You may continue to ignore the significant array of puzzle pieces emphatically affirming that conclusion the rest of your life, if it so suits you.
As has been noted, QAnon happens to agree with my conclusion.
One factoid alone would indicate the validity of that conclusion to the fair-minded, bright and discerning--the way the autopsy was handled and the disposition of the body without involving family.
But, hey, lot of people in our era enjoy willful blindness and even ignorance. Obviously mileage may vary.
If they are jurors, yeah. Fact for all practical purposes. As for the 'fact' of Scalia's murder. No it isn't chiseled in stone, but most of the available data indicates it. A check in the box and move to the next question. Can't get hung up deciding 'facts' when it is a small piece of a huge puzzle.
I’m not in with your sarcasm, but I totally agree that there is no proof that Scalia’s death wasn’t natural and it certainly isn’t anything approaching certainty. It’s jock’s opinion, which is fine for her. It just isn’t the opinion of a large number of people.
