If they are jurors, yeah. Fact for all practical purposes. As for the 'fact' of Scalia's murder. No it isn't chiseled in stone, but most of the available data indicates it. A check in the box and move to the next question. Can't get hung up deciding 'facts' when it is a small piece of a huge puzzle.
