Its because I only had General Math in high school. I can't deal with numbers at all. I'm almost totally right brained and have never paid a bill in my life.
My life is almost totally without numbers. LOL I am almost afraid of numbers to be honest so I ignore them. Turning them into letters makes sense to be.
