No, he knows the nation clamors for a clear lesson that No one is above the law!

Besides -- his supporters would rebel. But the military would probably get to him first -- IMO, of course... '-)

I agree with you TX.

Trump clearly said during the debates that she should be locked up.

And one of the most important problems with the SWAMP is that they have been immune from the law. So the whole point of this swamp draining is to show everyone that the law applies equally to all.

But a pardon is within his power, it would be according to the law.

Whether or not Hillary would be disgraced would be for history. But if she is tried, THAT event would preoccupy the country to the exclusion of MAGA, and his opponents in Congress would do all they could to blow up his agenda. Pardon her, and the political dynamic takes a radical shift.
