SHould have read first.

9-11.121 - Venue Limitations
A case should not be presented to a grand jury in a district unless venue for the offense lies in that district.

So the crimes being investigated would have to have been committed in Utah? That doesn't sound as though I am reading this correctly.

What about that picky little matter known as Uranium 1? Wasn’t at least some of that happening in Utah? Just a thought.

In this special assignment, Huber being from Utah does not limit his ability to call for proceedings in other venues.

Given the number of perps and range of potentially criminal activity, Huber can't possibly do this solo, he has a team. He really is a parallel to Mueller.

Isn’t Utah where the NSA has its giant Data collection facility?

Note the word SHOULD rather than the word MAY.

Just being nitpicky.

Hmmmm...Sessions appoints the UTAH Attorney General to look into things other than "Russian interference in the election".

Kind of a coinky dink that the Uranium One deal had many tenacles in Utah.

Uranium company deal nearly done Utah town and mill part of the package in the sale to subsidiary of Russian nuclear agency.

Reid, Bundy’s, CF parties in Utah for fundraising? Biden, sons of prominent figures benefitting from China connections?
