This is what stood out to me on this drop:
+ = Soros, Soros in Bunker?
++ = Rothchilds in Forest - Don’t they have a complex in a forest near Germany? I know there was talk of selling it, but did it all sell?
+++ = House of Saud, have no idea on the blue part.

I think Q may be saying that bad things are coming for all those listed (April showers). What form that will take is undetermined.

What is confusing, as you say, is I thought the House of Saud was in our camp now. Unless Q is referring to there being rogue elements out there still. Like that guy that died recently in England (The bad guy Saudi prince.)

I don't know, but I think you're at least in the ballpark. :)
