I think it’s possible that the victims were random. Not saying they are. But if she was angry with YT, then she might have shot randomly at any employees.
Possibilities:
1.a. She was a random kook.
1.b. She was incited via some kind of mind control.
2.a. There were specific targets.
2.b. The victims were random.
3.a. The point was to cause chaos / distraction, spread fear, further the gun grab narrative.
3.b. The point was to kill specific targets.
3.c. Both of the above.
3.d. Other?
