But if she is tried, THAT event would preoccupy the country to the exclusion of MAGA, and his opponents in Congress would do all they could to blow up his agenda. Pardon her, and the political dynamic takes a radical shift.

Isn’t it for this reason that we are hearing that cases are being tried before military tribunals - in order to take away the circus aspects? I don’t know. Just wondered.

“My guess the data gathering equipment is in ,Utah. Therefore that is the location of the crime of listening into Trump.”

Excellent point. I hadn’t thought of that.

-- OH man you are bumming me out. Just a couple of charges of treason shouldn't take all that long! Jail for life in exchange for admitting guilt to the rest. --

It's a political calculation, and what was the word Q used, oh yeah, UNITY.

Benedict Arnold was never tried for treason.

I'd be circumspect about giving the DEMs another martyr. They are still pissed that "this cigar tastes fishy" Clinton was impeached.

From above linked article...

“Heavily redacted documents began to emerge only after the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit in 2013. So far, the department has not committed to a date to produce all of the records.”

“In the case of the Shanghai Sports Development Foundation gala, department ethics attorneys exchanged seven emails with President Clinton’s office over two weeks, struggling to get basic information about the event’s hosts, their possible connections to the Chinese government and the financial arrangements offered to Bill Clinton.”

The Clintons say they backed out on the deal but what if they didn’t. The Clintons will find a way to take the money wouldn’t they? Is Q team following the money?
MAGA.

How do you see all this relating to the EO National Emergency declaration; the military tribunals etc. regarding treason committed in several different venues—e.g. D.C. NYC AND OVERSEAS?

I know, I know, but what about no one escapes?

I say no one is above the law and think every one of them should pay the crimes they have committed. Call me crazy but I still want it to happen!

Don't you dare stop yappin', Jeremiah. The side yaps and cross talk and seemingly irrelevant questions trigger people who's brains work funny. Like mine. I need your commentary. Feeeeed Meeeeeee!!!! I say a lot of stuff with absolutely no reason and I hope that it might trigger some smart person to think of something.

Never give up, never surrender.

None of these cases are going to be before a military tribunal. The hurdles to get there are huge, likely insurmountable, and the general military vs. civilian differences such as limit access to evidence for military reasons and reduced standard of proof aren't necessary, and would be seen as stacking the deck against the defendants.

Not just huge legal hurdles, I see tremendous political baggage going that route - and it isn't necessary, convictions can be had in civilian courts.

[Battles of Lexington and Concord. Shot heard around the world. British had told us to hand over our guns.]

Do you realize the Greatest and Boomer Generations may be the last who learned about the battles of Lexington and Concord.

We need to take back the public school system and reinstate the truth about American History.

All it takes is one Democrat on a jury to get Jury Nullification. I thought military was to avoid that problem.

Why the reboot?
Think logically.
History books.

Are they are going to revamp History Books and bring back Ethics in the public school system?
