IMHO heed the warning, Nailbiter, especial if it is a video.
Some of the descriptive videos we’ve run across not only discuss and describe, but also foist the engrams/mind tricks onto the unwary viewer. Some have stated in other threads that you can slow down a youtube video, and thereby allow the subliminals to pass in front of your eyes so that you may see them consciously. Not sure if that avoids all of it.

I listened to a dozen vids last night. Most were all on the Q drops and I don’t have any idea which one it was. It likely wasn’t a very good one or I might have linked it.
