As has been noted, QAnon happens to agree with my conclusion.

One factoid alone would indicate the validity of that conclusion to the fair-minded, bright and discerning--the way the autopsy was handled and the disposition of the body without involving family.

If they are jurors, yeah. Fact for all practical purposes. As for the 'fact' of Scalia's murder. No it isn't chiseled in stone, but most of the available data indicates it. A check in the box and move to the next question. Can't get hung up deciding 'facts' when it is a small piece of a huge puzzle.

Can’t quite commit to all the un-challenged declarations blowing around in DC, nor the *numerous* arguments *for and *against Sessions, and also the Huber appointment.

I don't understand "Q"s nuance for JFK.
However, I do resent RATs quoting the last part of JFK's Inaugural address and ignoring the first part.
Maybe "Q" sees it the same way.
Remember, JFK was a combat WW2 vet.

I don't know who made this original connection and meme and I don't know what their motives were.

Was it an honest mistake or trolling? Were they fooled by someone's honest mistake or where they taken in by a troll?

I would add that the SC provisions at 28 CFR 600 are INTERNAL rules of the DOJ, not statutes.

USC = US Code = Statute passed by Congress.
CFR = Code of Federal Regulations = Rules by administrative agencies, not passed by Congress
