I see a small rabbit hole here to look at. What with Q repeating the “enjoy the show,” then with Eleanor Rigby showing up and this person named Thomas Woods showing up as her husband.

Not sure about this but could their be anything tied to that hospital mentioned where Eleanor worked if not Thomas Woods directly? Something like death certificates, children’s wings, administrators or any particular Drs.? I know it’s tin foil time with this but it is a rabbit hole.

People were certainly up to their activities - good and bad - back then. It would be an older hole to try to look down because of the time frames involved. I’m not sure how to get at info about those days and those people who would possibly not have left many digital or newsworthy footprints.

That’s an interesting thought - to look into the hospital - the church with the graveyard - and people who interacted from the area with both. There may be local lore and tales which McCarney and Lennon were using in some way.

Any info available today would be public record stuff, I would imagine, like birth and death records, etc. The link to the second story I referenced had such info about Eleanor’s lineage - she was not even a “Rigby.” If there had been news stories, especially about the characters in the song, it would seem the Beatles fans would have ferreted them out by now..., and may have done so, for that matter. I know there are much better researchers than I am, who would know how to go about it.

I don’t know how exactly we got into this wild hair on Eleanor Rigby - but I really suspect Q would encourage the “Look At Everything With Different Perspectives” approach. That is not a Q quote - but from his admonition about “multiple meanings” that kind of attitude develops.

Someone upthread was unhappy about some of us spelunking into this area (and others) and making the poor people who were trying to get caught up with the current Q research have to skip over our desultory conversation, which has no bearing and relevance at all to their way of thinking.

I know that Q did not directly point to this area of research, but just the fact that Allistair Crowley is on the cover of the album containing “Eleanor Rigby” is enough to make me suspect there is something there to look at and dig into. These people were not really just playing around and being cute by referencing his picture on the cover imho. NIKK’s picture of the gravestone for some reason made me sit up at attention - and I do not know why exactly.

And in revisiting the issue as I ponder your words, I am reminded of that macabre “Paul is dead” hoax they entered into. That only became evident when the satanic practice of backward-playing the soundtracks was done.
