Ive had that sense for some time, actually. That there is no specific country we can call "globalist". I believe the actual elites/globalists may control certain country's actions and have been for hundreds of years. And that China and Russia would go along, as has Saudi Arabie, with The Donald in an attempt to free all of them from the puppet strings.
I believe that the EU and even England are at this moment, most tied and under the control of the actual globalists. The rest of the world, like Q insinuates, struggles to free itself.
This is my underlying premise. Call me Qrazy.
