Yep. Childish mentality. Heard this at elementary school. A little boy in 1st grade hit the person in front of him. When the teacher asked him why he did it. He replied, because I can. So many cases of arrested development these days.
I’m curious as to how the troll has a screen name of “Basket of Deplorables” with a sign up date in 2014. None of us had heard that term until October 2016.
