He is talking about Rosanne and that CNN is saying she believes in conspiracies....
Yesterday or earlier today he (or maybe another talker?) was talking a LOT about Roseanne and how Trump called her, how her show blew away the competition, how she was reaching flyover country and delivering a huge audience that the LA/NY people didn’t know existed, etc.
IMO, this was setting the stage to bring up Roseanne/Q
I’m betting we’ll gradually hear more info making it’s way into the mainstream talkers.
