When you do kick off a new one, could you place a pointer at the end of the old one -saying: GO TO THE NEW THREAD. ransomnote does that, of course, but ongoing conversations continue for long enough that you often have to go back several pages to find her link to the new thread. We could all help by adding another link on the old thread to the new thread when we notice the problem.
