I think he’s referring to “house cleaning” there. Not sure what house. Could be any number of things. Most likely not the ENTIRE house. Maybe just the guest bedroom or maybe the office/sewing room.

As in this was done in 30 days? Will be done in 30 days? One other thought rather than a specific time frame, "30" is news reporter slang for "end of the article". So this could mean Flynn will be freed at the end, whenever that occurs.
