There's truth in your comment - and one only need look at how over the top people can be about their sports team to see it. Hopefully we can get beyond this for the important things.
Families, ethnicities, and even as you mentioned, universities and sports teams each respectively serve as a basis for a respective group identity.
People will never get past that, and should not.
It is fundamental to human psychology.
We define ourselves by how we are akin to one set of groups, and by how we are different from another set of groups.

The terrible actions toward aborigines have been by liberals in the present. Packing them in welfare slums where they kill each other. Liberals do such horrible things.

Medical people don’t care about race, religion or culture. All that matters is someone is sick and or injured and the job is to make them well.

I owe you an apology. My post is/was a completely sarcastic posting. The whole point is that, as you pointed out, of course they can see with their own eyes.
My intent was and is to point out the STUPIDITY of the idots who issues that ruling.
Liberals made up “white privilege” and supposed benefits to demand that whites be systematically oppressed now to make things “Equitable”.
You have to admit things are unfair to be made to give things up to others to make it fair.
So they’re guilt tripping whites into inferior social status so others can get unfair advantages.
It is like dhimmi in the Shariah law system having to wear distinctive clothes, systematic humiliations, along with public pronouncements about how inferior they were ... so they stayed in their place.
I agree, in principle, but I personally think it is part of the human spirit and psyche to want to distinguish ourselves from others in some way - and that contributes significantly to the group identity associations. You can either distinguish yourself as an individual, or as an individual member of a distinct group. I don't think it's always about identifying how similar or different we are from other groups. For example, people from India and Pakistan look similar to each other, and have similarities in background, but they have been fierce enemies. History is replete with such instances.

As if the patient can’t see with their own two eyes the nurse is white. That’s a slap down to aborigines. Apparently, aborigines are too stupid to see color. They’re too stupid to know the nurse is there to help him. Once again, a government that’s keeping the black man down so they can control him.
