I read that, but when I looked up the difference between the Omnibus and Budget this is what I came up with:

So what I am thinking, President Trump can use some of the ‘for everything’ monies and do the wall in some parts the way he wants...
Also, when all of this came up while he was President-Elect, there were some contractors who said they would help build the wall without any pay from him or the Government...and there was talk that anyone who wanted could buy a ‘brick’ with their name on it to raise funds to build the wall...
American People who love this Country will do a lot of things to help, they just need to be pointed in the right direction so many either one of the above could be looked at...

Take a look at the wall samples. A couple made from steel and not concrete. Today there are many new products on the market.— Even poured plastics made of soy and corn. ( They weather better than concrete too). Let our farmers and steel workers provide the materials TRump would know He’s a builder.
Don’t confuse a US border wall with a training defensive barrier built to defend against enemy ground forces. They are not the same thing and just because built along the current border is simply to set up a joint exercise with the Mexican Army for simulated war games. It would also double as a security forces training site over various terrain features to prepare our troops to defend against ground threats over a variety of terrain challenges. What is all this talk of an ‘unauthorized border wall’? Series and Hugh disconnects and disinformation alive here. MAGA!
I just went to the bill and searched the following words: wall, concrete, fence, cement, and border.
None of those words come up in a search. So you tell me where this ‘prohibition’ is and how it’s worded if I can’t find those words?
There is a lot, however, on security. And there is a lot of info on using funds allocated for ‘other projects’ in various divisions of the bill.
