The anon's general consensus is that the red castle is the symbol of the Army Corp of engineers and they have a location in Greencastle, Indiana.

Other theories include that the the Army Corp was in the red before the omnibus bill but now they're in the green and perhaps this means Trump will be using them to build the wall and we have "All the money to build it" now since its being claimed that there's a difference between an omnibus bill and a budget bill. The omnibus bill supposedly is suggested discretionary spending that the president can use how he wants like Obozo did the last eight years.

I'll toss in my two cents on the "castle interpretation."

I think the Army Corps / Greencastle, Indiana connection is wrong. Too narrow, and I am not buying the theory that somehow Trump is going to "trick" his way into using the Army Corps to build a concrete wall. He's done an outstanding job of following protocol, and until Congress appropriates funds for a concrete wall, he isn't going to do more than planning and token efforts at groundbreaking.

I don't know what the correct "castle interpretation" is, I just don't see it being related to Army Corps or "build the wall."

I've worked with the Army Corp of Engineers in the past. They are a great organization, but I cannot fathom them being involved in anything remotely related to the Storm, Q, and this current Deep State battle. They are in the business of public engineering, design, and construction: they are not combat oriented. It is an organization that is 98% civilian! Only 2% are military. And people here on FR generally despise Federal civil servants.

Now suddenly they are the Savior the Storm?

The omnibus bill is the budget until the end of FY18 (Sep 30th). There are not two bills. I don't know where people are getting these ideas.

Omnibus bills are routine, and used to package together the budgets of all Federal departments and agencies into an omnibus spending bill.

Moreover, the omnibus bill specifically prohibits construction of the wall, and it doesn't matter if it was the Army Corps of Engineers, DHS, or any other agency or department that tried to do so. It is illegal under the law the President just signed (and yes, the omnibus is now law).
