That’s an interesting question. I’ve read articles asserting that he has and others that he is a pariah. I ran across his Christmas address in 2016. It was pretty interesting-notes that Western Nations have forgotten their Christian Roots - short excerpt below:

I also watched him mop the floor with Meghan Kelly. He spent many years in East Germany and speaks fluent German. I think he’s very smart, very pro Russian, and not necessarily an ally, but I don’t think he wants to bow down to anyone - especially the NWO criminal cabal.
