The picture is taken from Q drop #531. This chess game (i.e., Capablanca Vs Marshal 1918) is a favorite of mine; before Q Anon, I never HAD a favorite chess game. This chess match, played 100 years ago, illustrates a battle in which all hope seems lost, defeat is assured, and then the nearly extinguished enact an unanticipated defensive strategy that wins the game. Sound like anyone we know? :) Among chess players (i.e., not me) some say that match was "beautiful" and "among the 3 finest chess games played in history." At the time of this Q drop, Julian Assange tweeted about this winning strategy and Q Anon seemed to echo with a Q drop of the same famous winning strategy in reply. Some of us believed at the time that it signified a critical win; white defeated the "Black Queen".

This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

Questions Still Surround Robert Mueller’s Boston Past

In Boston, Mueller was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office and then became the Acting U.S. Attorney from 1986 through 1987. It was Mueller’s actions during that time that raised questions about his role in one of the FBI’s most controversial cases involving the FBI’s use of a confidential informant that led to the convictions of four innocent men, who were sentenced to death for murders they did not commit. Local law enforcement officials, the media, and some colleagues criticized Mueller and the FBI for what they believed was the bureau’s role in covering up for the FBI’s longtime dealings with mobster and informant James “Whitey” Bulger.

Bulger was a kingpin and a confidential informant for the FBI from the 1970s in the bureau’s efforts to take down the Italian mafia in Boston. But Bulger’s relationship with his FBI handler Special Agent John Connolly became toxic. It was later discovered that Connolly went out of his way to protect Bulger and aided the crime boss against investigations being conducted by the Boston PD and the Massachusetts State Police. According to reports at the time, Connolly would inform Bulger of wiretaps and surveillance being conducted by law enforcement.

“As I have mentioned before, under Mueller’s watch in Boston, the second most corrupt relationship between an FBI agent (John Connolly, now in prison for murder-related charges) and his information (Whitey Bulger) unfolded,” said Schoen. “Mueller was neck deep in it and has never answered the questions that the media asked rhetorically, but that should have been asked by a grand jury of Congressional Committee. Even such dubious sources as the NY Times, Boston Globe, and Huffington Post have demanded answers. Many have suggested he should never have been FBI Director.”

Mueller is just a Boy Scout . . . beholden to the master!

You may have read me saying before. We knew all this stuff going on since Kennedy. My parents and all those around me knew of the corruption. Spoke the same at the dinner table. Yet, seemingly not a damn thing we could do about. I forgot who pointed out the obvious . . . "the failure of the media to hold responsible and accountable."

Our war has to be against the media. Destroy them and we might have a Democracy or at least a Republic as our forefathers designed. Make it Rain!

At least that's how the relationship is phrased. It may be that OIG Horowitz and a Sessions-appointed prosecutor are working as a team, with Horowitz doing the investigation and the prosecutor preparing the criminal cases. This way, the legal action is ready to commence the day the report is made public.

I don't see a parallel investigation, that would be inefficient and wasteful.

Another benefit of adding a prosecutor is that a prosecutor (inside -or- SC) may expand investigation to places that are out of Horowitz's scope - such as State Department.

I've speculated that a Special Counsel has been appointed without notice to Congress or the public. This practice is spelled out in DOJ regulations. This would be similar to naming an inside prosecutor, only putting the formal bringing of charges "slightly outside" of the DOJ (using 28 CFR 600 SC regulations). The ready-to-roll timing and scope expansion effects would be the same as with an inside prosecutor.
