Juneau was sunk during the 1st Naval Battle of Guadalcanal in Nov 1942. As the article this is ship the 5 Sullivan brothers served on board.

Juneau was a light cruiser of the Atlanta class. They were armed with only 5 in dual purpose guns to serve in the antiaircraft role.
