NEW YORK Hillary Clinton says she meant no disrespect when she said some women voters are more swayed by men.
Clinton took to Facebook on Saturday to explain comments she made during an interview in India last week when she said: Democrats "do not do well with white men, and we don't do well with married, white women. And part of that is an identification with the Republican Party, and a sort of ongoing pressure to vote the way that your husband, your boss, your son, whoever, believes you should."
The Democrat wrote that as much as she hates the possibility, "it's not that crazy when you think about our ongoing struggle to reach gender balance even within the same household."
Clinton says she did not realize how hard it would hit many who heard it.
Clinton repeated that she lost the support of white women overall "to a candidate who relies on scare tactics and false attacks, masking the fact that he is otherwise no friend to most Americans."

“...it’s not that crazy when you think about our ongoing struggle to reach gender balance...”
For her, “gender balance” means she is dictator.
Being a vindictive person, unwilling to acknowledge her own deficiencies, Hillary Clinton is lashing out at the white working class, especially women of that class who voted for Trump.
No disrespect until youre called out on your comments by fellow Dimms.
Riiiiiight.
I believe this is known as b*tchsplaining.
I’ve heard of “mansplaining” but I really need to study up on “Hillarysplaining”. Is it me, or does she make no sense whatsoever, the first, second, or even the third time she tries to pontificate? (Rhetorical question, never mind.)
You're a worthless has-been.
Go Away. And, take your AIDS infected POS husband with you.
They should name a Strap On after Hillary.
That’ll help those poor Gals reach Gender Equality...
When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.
Being a vindictive person, unwilling to acknowledge her own deficiencies, Hillary Clinton is lashing out at the white working class, especially women of that class who voted for Trump.
*****************
In classic liberal fashion, she blames everyone and everything but HERSELF.
Hugh Rodham was an outspoken (and loudspoken) Republican.
Dorothy Rodham was a quiet timid Democrat who didn't stand up to him.
So to that extent, there were (and are) men who tell their spouses how to vote (as well as women who tell their husbands how to vote).
But the thing is, Dorothy did vote Democrat in the privacy of the voting booth.
We do have a secret ballot in this country.
_______
HRC assumes that gender or sex should be central to how people vote, largely because that's what she hoped would elect her.
She was counting on women to vote for her because she was a woman.
But women don't always let sex or gender determine how they vote.
Hillary thinks, "Black women voted for me. Asian women voted for me. Latina women voted for me. single white women voted for me. Only the married white women didn't vote for me. What's wrong with them?"
But look at it the other way around: "Black women vote like Black men. Asian women vote like Asian men. Latina women vote like Latino men. Married White women vote like white men. Only single White women don't vote like the men in their group. What's wrong with them?"
__________
Hillary knows that people who go to her events don't want a serious, examination of why she failed. They want somebody else to point the finger at. So she gives them what they want and knows she won't be challenged by anybody in the room. But the room isn't the country or the world, where people will challenge her.
