I may be planting them everywhere! Will be planting less Green/Red/Yellow/Orange peppers this yet - still a lot in freezer for how much I'm cooking with them.

It's a LOT of work but if anyone wants me to post my recipe I will.

You have to be REAL patient because you gotta cook low and slow and add a lot of ingredients.

It is NOT diet-friendly (I ate 7 the first day lol) - but I spread it out over 3 meals, so......
