I take it as an exhortation to engage the press and its astroturf in social media, MSM, and in personal interactions. "Enjoy the show" is Q-team part, "Bring the rain" is our part.

See Trump's speeches about doing all he does, "for the people." It's up to the people to awaken and fight the status quo/NWO/open borders, etc. and support an America first agenda - demanding it from elected and other officials.
