A rendering shows the completed pedestrian bridge connecting Florida International University’s main campus to Sweetwater over the Tamiami Trail (Southwest Eighth Street).
If I’m not mistaken, I believe that the finished effort was supposed to have a series of suspension cables. Wondering why they opened it for use before those were installed?

Wasn’t open, still under construction. Couple of guys working on it when it came down
They opened it BEFORE putting in the suspension cables?!?! You NEED those.
