I remember getting a kid dictionary. I loved it. I miss dictionaries. I think we are just a bunch of nerds on here!
I have 4 dictionaries and 3 thesaurses under the table thing next to where I sit and read.
I used to read dictionaries for fun when I was a kid, still can get sucked in.
Oh, yes, I have always loved dictionaries. When my boys were teenagers, they made fun of me for sitting down and perusing a dictionary from time-to-time. Actually, in most instances,I would be drawn into such behavior after looking up a word. I just love the English language — I love words and etymology.
