I assume you are connected to Q posts website.
In the upper right hand corner you will see a six digit number. In your example >>678014.. Just click on it, takes you to that particular board responding to Q. Click on each one of the >> and you see an anon response. Be aware 90% is crap. But . . oh my somewhere in there are golden nuggets.
Also that board changes rapidly. very very rapidly. hard to follow but can be done

That’s screen shot of an 8chan post. The other numbers in blue are responses to the post that others have put up - most either saying 1) welcome back, 2) hell yeah, or 3) asking questions and looking for a response.

If you do decide to look at 8chan look for /qresearch/ - Catalog it has a summary of all the Q related threads currently closing on 400 from the very beginning. The newest are at the top of the Catalog page. Some are just for posting memes, some are work threads, many are deep research on recent posts or specific topics.
