Mengele was said to have escaped to South America. What if he instead went to Haiti? Or at any rate some of his protégés may have? Lots of twins in Haiti.
Well, Haiti is in the same hemisphere as where Mengele supposedly ended up. Even if base ops were South America, would it have been overly difficult for him to have gone to Haiti for lab experiments? Who knows? It is possible to believe anything of these people.
