SEALS definitely means what it suggests - #713 on 2/10/18 = “Seals are wonderful creatures. Heard they work fast at capturing their prey.” Where they are and what they’re doing, TBD ;)

I think "LIGHT" also has some significance. Why all caps? Hasn't Q mentioned "LIGHT" numerous other times?
