Yes, if you click on the "blue numbers," they are links that will take you to the source of the posts (at this point in time they are all on the qresearch board).

Once there, if you hover over any "red" post numbers in the particular post, they will display the post(s) being referenced.

Also, at the top of the post, you can see all of the replies to that given post by hovering over the set of smaller (very dark blue) post numbers as well.
