In my misspent youth, I once took a single hit of weed laced (supposedly) with DMT. I recall spiraling down a black void. I may have blacked out momentarily. It didn’t last long. IF that was actually the effect of DMT, I cannot see anyone desiring the experience. I was in my twenties. Today, in my mid-70s, I would not be eager to expose myself to that drug.
If people like HRC and Soros partake of this for some rejuvenating effect, either I did not experience DMT or they are already quite hardy.

I think they are "saving Israel for last" because we have our hands full with bringing Saudi into the fold. Remember, "Iran is next" after we have basically solved North Korea.
BiBi and Israel have to keep kind of a low profile and can't be seen as major players in this realignment in order to give the Arabs/Iranians cover for reform. Any actions by Israel serve to enflame the radical Jew hating elements in the middle east.
