Yeah that is what I was thinking myself to tell you the truth... some gigantic nuclear powered weather controlling machine of some sort... transfer full heat of that fusion directly into the water use none for anything else. Heating the center of a gulf, MUCH more contained than an ocean but has a current that takes that warmed water out...

Much simpler than building some super giant machine, Guess what I would be thinking would be similar to inducing an underwater volcano without that natural pressure pushing the lava up?? That's a great point. If a Grand Jury has already seen the evidence, it is all that would be needed to be released is whether there was enough evidence to go to trial or not, not the evidence or videos themselves.
