The concept of the Internet Bill of Rights does include an advocation of leniency for pedophilia, pedophiles or anything else associated with Podesta, Hillary, Obama or the c i a. I dont know where you are getting that from. Just as our Constitutions Bill of Rights does not protect such crimes, neither would a properly drafted Internet Bill of Rights.
Q is supporting the IBOR to prevent the censorship of ideas that is now taking place, especially conservative ideas. Its not about leniency for pedophiles and criminal activity.

Thank you for the info about the IBOR. I was just curious about how it might affect apprehension of those who use the Internet to commit crimes. We don’t want them to be more free to do evil.
