Utah State Bar officials are horrified after sending out email blast on Monday that included a photo of a topless woman, according to the bars communications director.
The message, sent to all active Utah lawyers, was intended to promote the bars spring convention, report the Salt Lake Tribune, the Deseret News and Above the Law, which posted the email and the nude photo here. The email also included photos of a clothed Lady Justice statue and a rock formation.
The bar followed with an email about 20 minutes later from the bars IT director that said: Apparently we have an email sent that has an offensive image on it. I deeply apologize for this and am investigating the cause.

This picture is topless without threads.
It’s “fake” news.
Thank you for keeping us abreast of this well-developed story
I’m not into tans. She’d be kinda hot if she didn’t bronze so much.
She may be bronzed, but she has an Iron Constitution! :-)
Wow! Nice!
Thank you so much for brightening my day.
WAIT WAIT WAIT: You posit that those boobs are fake boobs?
I may have to reevaluate. I hate being lied to.
Maybe the way she is flexing and just some muscles but she either had a bad job or needs a good one.
Some of you guys need to up your standards!
The picture in question is hardly “offensive”
“Inappropriate” would be a better word to use.
But what do I know...im not a highly educated highly paid Joe
I have to admit I was a little baffled by the headline at first. Last time I was in Utah, there were no “bars”, only social clubs to which you paid a cover charge (er, dues) so you could drink alcohol there.
Oh, well, confusing a bunch of lawyers sounds like great fun. And probably easy enough to accomplish!
